Evening walk between Serangoon Avenue housing blocks

A journal rooted in Serangoon

I write from #08-19 at Block 234 Serangoon Avenue 2. This site holds stories that started as journal pages — the Saturday market run, the neighbour who fed my cat during a hospital stay, the evening when the lift broke and everyone stood in the stairwell telling jokes.

Entries go up when they are finished, not on a schedule. Some take a week; one arrived fully written on a delayed train. If a piece feels honest when read aloud, it belongs here.

For prompts I use myself, see the Journal page. For books that taught me how to shape memory into narrative, visit the Reading Room. To respond to something you read, use the contact page — I reply from hello@myworldinwords.life on weekdays.
